Vet Claims USA
Serving veterans overseas
For US veterans living overseas

VA disability representation that doesn't stop at the border.

If you served and now live abroad — DR, the Philippines, Germany, anywhere — your claim still moves forward. We handle foreign C&P routing, IMOs from non-US providers, and Manila RO logistics that mainland firms don't touch.

Initial claims

Direct, secondary, and presumptive service connection. Evidence development. C&P exam preparation. Filing under 38 C.F.R. Part 4 rating criteria.

Appeals

Higher-Level Review (Form 20-0996). Supplemental Claims (Form 20-0995). Notice of Disagreement and Board appeals (Form 10182).

Specialized claims

TDIU under 38 C.F.R. § 4.16. Special Monthly Compensation under 38 U.S.C. § 1114. DIC for survivors. Pension and Aid & Attendance.

Fee structure: Fees depend on the engagement. For initial claims, no fee is charged before VA's first decision (38 C.F.R. § 14.636(c)) — the standard arrangement is a 20% contingent fee on past-due benefits paid directly by VA from your retroactive award (§ 14.636(h)). For appeals and post-decision work, flat-fee or hourly engagements are available. Every fee structure is agreed in writing before we begin.
Service-connected. Honor-bound.
VA-accredited under 38 U.S.C. § 5904 — the same representation authority that has protected American veterans since 1924.
